CARC

3 seperate, full-time, 4-month Artist in Residence programs at CARC. Funded in part by the Illinois Art Council Arts in Education Grant 2001, 2002, 2003.

These programs featured the creation of a Fine Arts, multidisciplinary studio program for 45 artists with disabilities in a sheltered workshop setting. The participants explored the connection between movement, writing, and media arts. Each residency culminated in a gallery show, with sales from the combined exhibits resulting in over $2000 of revenue to the artists.
